After 24 Hours of quitting smoking your chance of a heart attack decreases. So if you quit by the age of 30 you will add 10 years to your life. Quit for the sake of your family and friends they want you around them as long as possible.
You cannot smoke in any indoor public spaces in Australia. This can isolate you from social discussions. Social isolation can lead to loneliness and depression. Quitting smoking helps keep a strong social bond between your family and friends.
Smoking causes a loss in sexual desire and arousal in both men and women. If you are a man, you are twice as likely to develop erectile dysfunction than a non-smoker. Within 2 to 12 weeks of quitting smoking your blood flow improves substantially. Increased blood flow makes for better sensitivity during sex.
Hypnotherapy helps you become a non-smoker by removing the habit or the need to want to smoke. It helps you change your desire to reach for a cigarette during stressful times.
When you stop smoking you are not giving something up, instead you get a better life rather than lose your cigarettes. With a non-smokers attitude, you will be a better person physically, financially and emotionally.

"What if you can't hypnotise me?"
Everyone can be hypnotised. If we couldn't be hypnotised, advertising wouldn't work.
"Will you control my mind?"
No. You are in control. In fact, most people feel more focused and more aware of their surroundings.
"Is hypnosis dangerous?"
No. It's just an alternate state of consciousness. It's focused attention. There is nothing dangerous about hypnosis. You will hear everything that is said and you will be awaken when necessary.
"What if I can't wake up?"
You can't get "stuck" in hypnosis. It's a natural state that you enter every day. For example, when you go and see a really great movie in a theatre your mind enters a trance state. And you forget about the people around you and that you're actually in a movie theatre. So, there's nothing to be afraid of.
"Will I be uncounscious"
When you are hypnotised, you will NOT go to sleep, become unconscious, black out, be put in a coma or have amnesia. You will feel relaxed.
"Will I give away my personal secrets?"
No. You will NOT say or do anything that you don't really want to.
"When can I expect results?"
Most people experience positive changes after the first few one-to-one sessions. We also help you continue the treatment with Hypnosis MP3s. The more often you practice hypnosis, the better results you will get.
